Edwardian bedroom combination fire
Exquisite, for sale is this restored antique cast iron fireplace from a Cambridge period property from the Edwardian period. It is a classic architectural piece which has been lovingly restored. Cast between 1900 - 1010 it has all original components.
The ironwork is rich with classic decorative elements, and has been restored to a high standard.
During restoration we retained the original grate, bars / ash pan cover and fire stone, The final result looks superb and is functional .
It has discreet mounting lugs on the outside of the body for simple and safe installation.
Measurements approx:
102cm high (bottom to top of mantle)
71cm wide at mantle
15cm deep at mantle
60cm wide at body, widening to 63cm at lugs
Opening 62cm high
Opening 35cm wide
In order to fit the rear section into your chimney breast the hole in your wall needs to be at least 43cm wide, 75cm high ( to open flue damper) and 20cm deep
