Cast iron fire surround

For sale is this exquisite, restored  cast iron fireplace surround, resplendent with late Victorian / early Edwardian character.
This is a lovely condition,  reclaimed from a Victorian property in Chester. Carries authentic foundry marks. The beautiful detail and quality can be seen in the pictures.
It is made of solid cast iron in fantastic condition for its age. The decorative ironwork includes a beautiful floral plaque over the opening and  a scroll moulding down the legs.
The surround fits neatly over an existing fireplace opening or against a flat wall.
During restoration we retained the original mantle shelf, which is perfectly proportioned.  The item has been burnished and polished to give it a highlighted silver appearance.
There are discreet mounting holes on the outer shelf and drill holes on the body for simple and safe installation.
