Voysey style Arts and Crafts antique cast iron fireplace

A tall antique Voysey style Edwardian Arts and crafts cast iron combination fireplace Circa 1905.

This fireplace has been professionally restored by our expert team with over 35 years experience in carefully and sympathetically restoring antique fireplaces and fire surrounds. It has been protected with a heat-resisting coating before being finished with traditional black grate polish to give a beautiful gun metal look that highlights the fine casting. It is complete with a new  fire brick, ready for another 100 years of use.

About us:

Duncan Reddy UK has led the way in Architectural salvage for over 35 years. We specialise in fireplace restoration.

We have 100% positive feedback.

We pride ourselves on our work and experience.

We don't cut corners by painting over rust and old paint.

This item was shot blasted to remove old paint and rust first, before lovingly restored by ourselves here at our workshop.

Customer satisfaction is paramount.

About our restorations:

Our fireplaces and surrounds are restored and finished using traditional methods and materials. A restored fireplace will bear well concealed signs of the restoration work where needed and will have natural imperfections due to the nature of antique cast iron. This simply adds to the character of the piece in our view.
